Shipping & Returns

I offer shipping via Canada Post and delivery in the Edmonton, Alberta area.

Delivery Cost: $5.00 - choose "Store Pickup" in the shipping options for local delivery. 

Shipping: $15.00 "flat rate" - if your order does not cost that much to ship, I will refund the surplus.  If the shipping charge is more, I will request the balance before shipping. If you would like me to estimate the shipping costs before you purchase, just send me an email and let me know.

Refunds: Once the order has been printed, there are no refunds unless the error was our fault. I will send a sample proof  via email for you to approve.  I encourage all customers to double check the sample proof before approving for print.
